How the scorecards work

Rating is the live Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated the business, compared with other Columbia junk haulers. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.9 from hundreds of people carries more weight than a 5.0 from a few dozen. Recency reflects how recently customers are still leaving reviews.
