Reading the scorecards

Rating is the live Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated the business, set against the others considered for this page. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 5.0 from a few dozen reviews counts for less than a 4.9 from hundreds. Recency reflects how recently people are still leaving reviews.

What shapes window cleaning prices in Columbia

No prices are published here. Window cleaning quotes usually depend on the number of panes, the number of stories, whether you want interior and exterior glass, screens and tracks, and whether the job is bundled with house, gutter or roof washing. Ask for the scope in writing.

Where these crews work from

Southeast Detail and Cola Pressure Washing list Columbia addresses, while Squeegee Clean and Crystal Clear Solutions are in Irmo. Shine of Columbia serves the area without a listed address. Crystal Clear’s site names Lake Murray, Lexington and Chapin in its service area. Looking for window cleaners near me? Each listing below has a phone number.

Questions to ask a window cleaner

Do you clean interior glass, exterior glass or both, and are screens and tracks included?
How do you reach second-story or hard-to-reach windows?
Is the price per pane, per story or per visit?
Can window cleaning be bundled with house or gutter washing?
Do I need to be home, and how do you handle damage to fixtures or screens?

Frequently asked questions

Do window cleaners in Columbia also pressure wash?

Yes. Every business on this page lists pressure washing or soft washing alongside window cleaning, and several reviewers hired them for house, patio or driveway washing.

Which Columbia window cleaners have reviews that mention windows?

Crystal Clear Solutions Pressure Washing reviewers describe window cleaning, and Shine of Columbia reviewers mention windows cleaned with roof and exterior work. Cola Pressure Washing has one mention of window sills.

Can I get windows and gutters cleaned in one visit?

Several of these companies list both. Gutter cleaning appears in Google’s listing for Squeegee Clean, Southeast Detail, Crystal Clear, Shine of Columbia and Cola Pressure Washing, so ask whether they will schedule both together.

Does a window cleaner need to be home while the work is done?

It depends on the job. One Crystal Clear reviewer said no one had to be home for an exterior wash, while an interior window job needs access. Confirm this when you book.

Choosing a crew for your windows

Decide first whether windows are the whole job or part of a bigger exterior wash. Crystal Clear and Shine have reviewers talking about windows directly, while Squeegee Clean, Southeast Detail and Cola lean on washing. Whoever you pick, get the scope and price in writing.
