How the scores work

Every number on this page comes from public Google data on the date shown. Rating is the live Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated the business, compared against other kitchen remodelers in Fort Lauderdale. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.7 from hundreds of people carries more weight than a 5.0 from a few dozen. Recency reflects how recently customers still leave reviews. No business can pay to change these numbers.

What shapes kitchen remodeling prices in Fort Lauderdale

Reviewers rarely quote totals, so there is no honest dollar table to show. Kitchen prices move with the size of the room, whether walls or plumbing move, the cabinet line (stock, semi-custom or built to order), the countertop material, appliances, and whether you buy cabinets yourself and pay only for installation. Ask each firm to split the quote into cabinets, counters, labor and permits so you can compare like with like.

Where these kitchen firms are based

Allied Kitchen and Bath is based in Wilton Manors. Magic City Remodeling, Kitchen Installation Pro and Wooding Home Remodeling all list Fort Lauderdale addresses. Looking for a kitchen remodeler near me? Each listing here shows a live phone number so you can ask which neighborhoods the crew covers.

Questions to settle before you sign a kitchen contract

  • Who designs the layout, and is that included or billed separately?
  • Will you build or order the cabinets, or install ones I supply?
  • Who handles countertops, plumbing and electrical, and are those trades yours or subcontracted?
  • What is the written start date and finish date, and what happens if materials arrive late?
  • Which permits does your firm pull, and who is on site day to day?

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to buy my own cabinets for a Fort Lauderdale kitchen remodel?

Not necessarily, but it varies by firm. Kitchen Installation Pro’s site says it can manage the full project or install cabinets you purchase yourself. At Magic City Remodeling, a reviewer described a carpenter building the cabinetry as part of the job. Ask whether cabinets are supplied, built or installed only, because the quote changes accordingly.

Which of these kitchen firms also remodel bathrooms?

Allied Kitchen and Bath has reviewers describing both kitchen and bathroom remodels. Google also tags Magic City Remodeling and Wooding Home Remodeling for bathroom work, and one Magic City reviewer had kitchen and bathrooms done together. Kitchen Installation Pro’s reviews are about cabinets and kitchens.

Who handles the countertops on these kitchen jobs?

A Magic City reviewer described a stone installation team doing the countertops, a waterfall edge and a slab backsplash. Wooding Home Remodeling reviewers mention quartz countertops installed as part of a kitchen. Confirm in writing whether stone is fabricated by the firm or by an outside shop.

Picking a kitchen remodeler

Allied is the safe choice if you want a designer and the most Google reviews on this page, Magic City suits a kitchen that includes stone and custom cabinets, and Kitchen Installation Pro fits a cabinet-led job. Whoever you call, get the scope and the finish date in writing.
