Claim this spot › How the scorecards work
Every number on this page comes from public Google data on the date shown. Rating is the live Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated the business, compared with the other HVAC companies we looked at. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.8 from over a thousand people carries more weight than a 4.9 from a few hundred. Recency shows how recently customers are still leaving reviews. No business can pay to change these numbers.
What drives HVAC prices around Hayward
We don’t publish a price table here, because none of these companies post fixed rates we could source. HVAC prices depend on the type of system (furnace, central AC, heat pump or mini-split), the size of the home, whether ducts need repair or replacement, permit and inspection needs, and the brand you choose. Get at least two written estimates for an install, and ask what the quote includes.

Same Day Air Conditioning & Heating names Oakland, Alameda, Castro Valley, Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon and Livermore as service areas, and Element Home Solutions’ site mentions San Jose, Oakland and Hayward. Looking for HVAC near me? Each card shows a phone number and map link so you can call first.
