How the scorecard is built

Each number comes from the firm’s public Google profile on the date shown. Rating is the live star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated the firm, across all of its reviews. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a rating built on hundreds of reviews counts for more than one built on a few dozen. Recency reflects how recently reviews are still coming in.
