What the scorecard measures

The numbers on this page come from public Google data on the date shown. Rating is the live star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated the business. Confidence adjusts the rating for how many people stand behind it, and recency shows how recently reviews have been coming in. These numbers cannot be bought.

What changes the price of a bathroom remodel

No prices are published for these contractors, so this page does not quote a range. The bill is driven by scope: full gut or refresh, the size of the room, tile and shower type, vanity and fixtures, and whether water damage or plumbing changes need to be handled first. Ask for a quote that lists each of those lines.

Bathroom remodelers across the city

These contractors list Philadelphia addresses, and reviewers mention homes in South Philly and other parts of the city. Noam Construction’s site names South Philly and Fishtown among the areas it serves. Looking for bathroom remodeling near me? Use the phone number on each card to ask whether they cover your neighborhood.

What to settle before demolition

  • How will the shower area be waterproofed, and is that step tested before the tile goes in?
  • Who orders the vanity, tile and fixtures, and what happens if an item arrives late?
  • Is the crew your own or are the tile and plumbing subcontracted?
  • How do you protect the rest of the house and clean up each day?
  • What warranty comes with the finished work, in writing?

Frequently asked questions

Which of these contractors do tile and shower work?

Noam Construction reviewers describe tiling a bathroom and shower and installing vanities and medicine cabinets, and Google tags several dRemodeling reviews with tile work installation. A Philly Kitchen & Bath reviewer described a primary bathroom gut and redo as part of a larger project.

Can I hire any of them to repair a bathroom after water damage?

Two Noam Construction reviewers had work done after water damage, one on a full bathroom renovation that was waterproofed and tested and one on repairs to multiple rooms. A Philly Kitchen & Bath reviewer whose apartment flooded said the team worked on the project every day. Ask each firm whether drying out the space is part of the quote or someone else’s job.

What happens if a problem shows up mid-project?

Reviewers give examples. A Noam Construction reviewer said an issue in the bathroom was fixed and the team took responsibility right away, and another said the crew was on site within an hour to correct a washer installation an appliance company had gotten wrong. Ask how each contractor handles change orders and surprises before you sign.

Do these contractors also remodel kitchens?

Yes. dRemodeling and Philly Kitchen & Bath are both listed on Google as kitchen remodelers too, and Noam Construction’s site lists kitchen and bath remodeling as one service.

Where to start
