What the scorecard measures

Rating is each company’s live Google star average. Review volume is how many people have rated it, set against the other companies on this page. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.9 from more than 100 people carries more than a 5.0 from a small group. Recency shows how recently reviews are still arriving. No business can pay to change these numbers.

What affects party rental prices

Prices aren’t published for these companies. Cost depends on what you rent, how many pieces, the delivery distance and whether setup or attendants are included. Ask for a written quote that lists delivery, pickup and any setup fee.

Delivery across the Philadelphia area

These companies have addresses in Philadelphia, Lansdowne and Sharon Hill. Gardner Party Rentals and Party Man Fun Company are in Delaware County, and Party Man’s site also mentions New Jersey. Looking for party rentals near me? Each listing shows a phone number where available and directions.

Questions to ask before you reserve

  • Do you deliver to my address, and is there a delivery fee?
  • Is setup and pickup included in the price?
  • How much notice do you need for tables, chairs or inflatables?
  • What happens if it rains on the day of an outdoor event?
  • Do you provide attendants for inflatables?
