We compared 15 pool services in Atlanta on Google Maps · 4 listed · How we rank

In an Atlanta summer a neglected pool can go from clear to green in a couple of weeks. The pool services in Atlanta on this page hold more than 540 Google reviews between them, with ratings from 4.5 to 4.8 and review counts running from more than 70 to more than 210, so the star averages alone say little about which crew suits your pool.

Short answer: ASP - America's Swimming Pool Company of Atlanta has the most reviews here (4.6 stars from more than 210 on Google), and its reviewers often name the technician who services their pool. Pool Scouts of North Atlanta and iClean Pools Atlanta are both rated 4.8, and Sweetwater Pool Service is rated 4.5. Reviews give no dependable local prices, so ask for a written quote.

How the scores work

Rating is each business’s live Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated it, compared across the pool services in this list. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.8 from under a hundred people counts for less than the same score from hundreds. Recency reflects how recently customers still leave reviews. No business can pay to change these numbers.

What does pool service cost in Atlanta? (2026)

The reviews and sites here don’t give a dependable local price list, so we don’t print a table. What moves the price: pool size and type (saltwater or chlorine), visit frequency, how green or neglected the water is, whether chemicals are included, and what equipment needs repair. Ask whether weekly service covers chemicals, and read any contract before signing.

Where these crews work around Atlanta

Sweetwater is based in Tucker, Pool Scouts of North Atlanta in Marietta and iClean Pools Atlanta in the Chamblee Dunwoody area, while ASP serves the Atlanta area without a street address. Looking for pool cleaning near me? Each listing carries a phone number and directions.

What to ask before signing a pool contract

  • Does the weekly price include chemicals, and how do repairs get quoted?
  • Is there a contract, and how do I cancel?
  • Will the same technician come each week?
  • How do you handle a green or neglected pool at the start?
  • Do you service saltwater pools and handle equipment replacement?

Frequently asked questions

Pool Scouts of North Atlanta’s site says its service comes with no contracts. For the others, ask for the terms in writing before signing.

Can a green or neglected pool be rescued?

Reviewers describe a Sweetwater customer whose very green pool was cleared and a Pool Scouts customer whose murky pool looked new again. Ask how a first cleanup is priced.

Do weekly pool services also repair equipment?

An ASP reviewer had a pump problem fixed, an iClean Pools Atlanta customer had a heater added and equipment replaced, and Pool Scouts lists repair and maintenance on its site. Ask whether repairs are quoted separately.

Which of these pool companies are local and which are national brands?

ASP - America’s Swimming Pool Company of Atlanta and Pool Scouts of North Atlanta are locations of national brands, while iClean Pools Atlanta describes itself as an Atlanta company. Sweetwater’s site describes locations across the Southeast.

Where to start

ASP has the largest review base and suits weekly service from a regular technician, but ask who will be assigned to you. Pool Scouts of North Atlanta and iClean Pools Atlanta are both rated 4.8 and suit owners who want equipment help or renovation work. Read any contract before you sign.
