We compared 18 event rental companies in Atlanta on Google Maps · 5 listed · How we rank

A rental order is only as good as the truck that shows up on the morning of the party, and the tent that matters most is the one still standing when rain is forecast. The event rental companies in Atlanta below have logged more than 900 Google reviews between them, with ratings from 4.2 to 5.0, and several run their warehouses from suburbs like Tucker, Stone Mountain and East Point, so delivery and pickup terms matter as much as the chairs.

Short answer: The Bash Party Rentals and Sales in Tucker is rated 4.8 from more than 400 Google reviews and rents tents, tables, chairs and helium tanks. Atlanta Creationz Events and Ryotte Events LLC are both rated 5.0 on more than 130 reviews each. None list prices on their sites or in their reviews, so ask for delivery, setup and pickup in the written quote.

How the scorecards work

Every number on this page comes from public Google data on the date shown, not from opinion or payment. Rating is the business’s live Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated it, ranked against other Atlanta rental companies. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.8 from hundreds of people counts for more than a 5.0 from a few dozen. Recency reflects how recently customers are still leaving reviews. No business can pay to change these numbers.

What drives event rental prices in Atlanta

None list prices on their sites or in their reviews, so there is no price table. Rental cost depends on the items, the date, how long you keep them and whether the company delivers, sets up and picks up. Tents usually cost more than tables and chairs because of the crew. Ask for a quote that itemizes the rental, delivery, setup and pickup, plus any deposit or damage fees.

Rentals across metro Atlanta

These companies serve Atlanta and nearby areas, including Tucker, Stone Mountain, East Point, Decatur and Lithonia. Looking for party rentals near me? Each listing shows a phone number and directions so you can check which warehouse is closest.

Questions to ask before you rent

  • Is delivery, setup and pickup included, or charged separately?
  • What is the rental period, and what happens if I need the items longer?
  • Is a deposit or ID required, and when is it returned?
  • What is your policy if it rains or the event is postponed?
  • Can I see or touch the chairs and linens before I book?

Frequently asked questions

Can I get an Atlanta tent rental on short notice?

One customer of The Bash Party Rentals and Sales said the team found a tent at the last minute during graduation season, and another booked a full package there the day before an event after a different company canceled. Call early for peak dates.

Which Atlanta rental companies deliver and set up?

Customers of The Bash, Atlanta Creationz Events, Ryotte Events and TLC Rents all describe delivery and pickup, and a conference client of All Event Rentals described an on-site setup crew. Confirm what is included in your quote, since setup is often priced separately.

What do I need to bring to rent party equipment?

One All Event Rentals customer said a driver’s license and a refundable deposit were required. Other companies may ask for the same, so ask what ID, deposit or payment is needed before you book.

Where can I rent specialty items in Atlanta, like thrones or helium tanks?

Ryotte Events customers describe decorative thrones and Chiavari chairs, The Bash rents helium tanks, and Atlanta Creationz Events lists bounce houses and a photo booth on its site. TLC Rents customers describe plates and glassware.

Where to start

The Bash Party Rentals and Sales is the safe default on rating and review volume. For decor or party extras, call Ryotte Events or Atlanta Creationz Events. Whoever you pick, confirm delivery and pickup times in writing.
