How the scores work

Rating is the Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated the business, compared with other Columbia businesses in the same trade. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.9 from hundreds of people carries more weight than a 5.0 from a handful. Recency reflects how recently customers are still leaving reviews.

What changes the price of a countertop

Countertop pricing depends on the stone, the slab, the edge profile, how many seams and sink cutouts you need, and whether the job is a kitchen, a bathroom or an outdoor space. One reviewer compared slab prices and found a quartz reasonable, but no prices are published here.

Where these fabricators are based

These businesses are based in Columbia, Cayce, West Columbia and Lexington. Searching for countertops near me? Each listing below shows a phone number and directions so you can see the closest showroom.

What to ask a countertop installer before you commit

  • Can I pick my own slab, and is it held for me?
  • How many seams will my layout need, and where do they go?
  • How long from template to install?
  • Is the stone sealed, and how do I care for it?
  • Who removes the old countertops and reconnects the sink?
