How the numbers work

Rating is the live Google star average. Review volume shows how many customers have rated each company, compared with the others on the page. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.9 from hundreds of people carries more than a 5.0 from a few dozen. Recency reflects how recently reviews are still coming in.

What shapes a siding quote

No prices are published here. The cost of new siding depends on the material chosen, how much of the house is covered, and whether soffit, fascia, trim or rotted wood need work at the same time. Quotes for the same house can differ because the scope does, so ask each company what its bid includes.

Where these siding companies are based

Craftsmen Home Improvements is based in Edina, Bayport Roofing and Siding in St. Louis Park, Younger Exteriors in Golden Valley and EZ Home Solutions in Roseville. Liberte Construction has an office in Minneapolis. Looking for siding contractors near me? Each listing shows a phone number so you can ask who covers your address.

Questions to ask before replacing siding

  • Which siding material is in the bid, and is soffit or fascia included?
  • Who will be on site each day, and who is my contact?
  • How is rotted wood behind the siding handled and priced?
  • Can you show me a recent siding job, not just a roof?
  • Will you help with an insurance claim if storm damage is involved?
