How the scorecard works

Every number on this page comes from public Google data on the date shown. Rating is the live Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated the business. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.9 from hundreds of reviews carries more weight than a 5.0 from a few dozen. Recency shows how recently reviews are still arriving. No business can pay to change these numbers.

What affects pest control pricing in Modesto

None of these companies publishes a price list in the data we reviewed, so we’re not quoting figures. Cost depends mostly on the pest, the size of the home and yard, and whether you want a one-time treatment or a recurring plan. Termite work and fumigation are quoted separately from routine pest service, so ask for a written quote that lists what’s included.
