We compared 17 irrigation system services in Nashville on Google Maps · 4 listed · How we rank

A sprinkler system fails quietly: a dead zone, a weak spray, a pipe that split while nobody was looking. The irrigation system services in Nashville on this page hold more than 550 Google reviews between them, and every one is rated 4.7 or 4.8, so the stars alone won't pick for you. The kind of job will: a new install, a seasonal start-up or winterization, or a repair on a system someone else built.

Short answer: Nashville Irrigation & Lighting, LLC is the most-reviewed name here, at 4.7 stars from more than 200 Google reviews, though it works from a Franklin address. Conserva Irrigation of Nashville South and GeoScapes both hold 4.8, and Southern Irrigation sits at 4.7. No prices are published here.

How the scores work

Rating is each business’s live Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated it, compared across the businesses on this page. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.8 from dozens of people counts for less than a 4.7 from hundreds. Recency tracks when the latest reviews were posted.

What drives sprinkler system pricing in Nashville

No prices are published here. For irrigation work, the quote usually moves with the size of the property, the number of zones, whether it is a new install or a repair to an existing system, and extras such as backflow work or a smart controller. Ask each company for a written, itemized estimate before the job starts.

Where these companies work

Two of these companies list Franklin addresses, GeoScapes lists an address in Nashville, and Southern Irrigation lists no street address but says it serves the greater Nashville area. Questions to settle before a sprinkler job

  • Is this a new install, a repair or a seasonal visit, and how is each billed?

  • Who will be on site, and will they walk me through the controller and zones?
