Reading the scorecards

The rating is each agency’s live Google star average. Review volume is how many people have rated it, compared with other Queens agencies. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.5 from over a thousand people carries more weight than a 5.0 from a handful. Recency reflects how recently people still leave reviews. No business can pay to change these numbers.

These agencies don’t publish fee schedules on Google, so there is no price range to quote. Ask who pays, how much, when it is due, and what happens if a placement falls through. For household staff, the fee, the hourly or weekly pay and any background check are separate questions.
