How the scorecards work

Rating is the live Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated the business, compared with the others in this city and trade. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 5.0 from a handful of people counts for less than a 4.9 from hundreds. Recency shows how lately customers are still posting.

What drives flooring prices in Salt Lake City

No prices are published here. Flooring quotes move with the material (carpet, SPC, engineered or solid hardwood), the square footage, whether old flooring has to come out, and how much subfloor prep or leveling the room needs. Refinishing is priced differently from replacement, so ask each company to quote the exact job in writing.
