A condo management council, an events company and a small office all need security, but they rarely need the same contract. The security services in Singapore on this page hold more than 190 Google reviews between them and none is rated below 4.6, so the useful question is which one supplies the trained officers, event teams or technology your site actually needs.
Short answer: Applied Protection leads at 4.6 from more than 60 Google reviews. It supplies security officers backed by CCTV, visitor management and licence plate recognition, and also offers security consulting, event security and concierge services. Lim & Lim Security holds a perfect 5.0, and Algorithm, YS, Strive and Centurion each sit at 4.7.

The rating is the live Google average, and review volume is how many customers have rated each firm. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, and recency shows how lately people still leave reviews. These figures come straight from Google and are never edited.
What drives the price of security services in Singapore (2026)
Security contracts are usually quoted per site rather than from a price list, and none of the reviews here give a rate we can verify. The main things that move a quote are the number of officers and hours, whether cover is round the clock or only at events, and whether technology such as CCTV or visitor systems is included. Ask each firm for a written quote covering the same scope.
Security cover across Singapore
These firms are based in Katong, Aljunied, Ubi, Beach Road, Chin Swee Road and Gambas Crescent, and their reviews mention work at condominiums, event venues and commercial premises. Searching for security services near me, start with the office closest to your site, then confirm that the firm deploys officers to your estate or venue.
What to ask before you hire a security firm
- Will the same briefed set of officers be deployed to my site each day?
- How much notice do you need for extra officers or event cover?
- Which technology is included, such as CCTV, visitor management or plate recognition?
- Who can I call out of office hours, and how quickly is the call answered?
- Can you send a written quote that lists hours, headcount and scope?
