How the scorecards work

Rating is the live Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated the business, compared with other Atlanta painters. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.9 from several hundred reviews counts for more than a 5.0 from a smaller base. Recency reflects how recently customers still leave reviews. No business can pay to change these numbers.

What drives painting prices in Atlanta?

Painting quotes depend on the square footage, how many coats and colors, ceiling height, how much prep the walls need and whether trim, doors or cabinets are included. Wallpaper removal, drywall repair and exterior work at height add time. Reviewers on this page describe prices as reasonable but name no totals, so get at least two itemized quotes.

Painters across the Atlanta area

These painters work from addresses in Atlanta, Dunwoody and Marietta, and Dunwoody Painters’ website names Dunwoody Village, Sandy Springs, Buckhead, Alpharetta and Marietta. One business has no street address and serves the Atlanta area. If you are searching for painters near me, confirm that the company covers your ZIP code before booking an estimate.

What to ask before hiring a painter

Is the estimate itemized by room or surface, and does it include prep and repairs?
Which brands and sheens do you use?
Who supervises the crew day to day?
What warranty do you offer, and is it in writing?
How do you handle weather delays on exterior jobs?
