Our take: The highest review count here but the lowest rating, and heavy on fence reviews. A vinyl deck quote from this company is reasonable to get; ask for deck references specifically.

How to read the scorecard

Rating is the business’s live Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated it, set against the other deck builders on this page. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.5 from hundreds of people carries more weight than a 5.0 from a few dozen. Recency reflects how recently customers are still leaving reviews.

What drives deck pricing in Buffalo

No prices are published here. Deck quotes depend on the size and height, the decking material (wood, composite or vinyl), the railings, stairs and any custom features, and whether an old deck has to be torn out first. Get itemized quotes for the same design so the numbers compare fairly.

What to ask before you hire a deck builder

  • What decking material do you recommend for my project, and why?

  • How long are material lead times once I sign?
  • Who is on site each day, and how is cleanup handled?
  • Can I see photos or references from a deck you built at least a year ago?
