Reading the scorecards

Rating is the live Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated each business, compared with the others on the page. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a score built on many reviews counts for more than one built on a handful. Recency reflects how recently customers still leave reviews.

What changes the cost of fireplace work

No prices are published here. A repair, a yearly inspection and a new gas insert are very different jobs, and the unit you choose, the gas line and venting work involved, and whether the company measures at home first all change the final bill. Ask for a written estimate that lists the unit and the installation separately.
