Reading the ratings

Rating is the business’s Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated it, set against other Columbia mattress stores. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a score from hundreds of people carries more weight than the same score from a few dozen. Recency shows how recently customers have been leaving reviews.
