How to read the scorecard

Rating is the live Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated a business, compared with the others on this page. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.9 from hundreds of people carries more weight than a 5.0 from a smaller group. Recency shows how lately customers are still leaving reviews.

What shapes flooring costs in San Diego

No prices are published here. Flooring quotes usually depend on the material (hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate or carpet), the square footage, subfloor repairs, stairs, furniture moving and whether old flooring is removed. Ask each company for a written, itemized quote.

Where these flooring companies work

Company addresses on this page sit on Morena Blvd, Convoy Ct, Camino del Rio S and Ronson Ct in San Diego, and reviewers mention homes in Carmel Mountain Ranch and condo buildings with HOAs. Looking for flooring near me? Each listing shows a phone number and map link so you can check coverage first.

What to ask before you order flooring

  • Does the quote include removal of the old floor and subfloor repairs?
  • Does your own crew install, or do you refer an installer?
  • How long is the wait before the job can start?
  • Can you meet my HOA’s flooring requirements?
  • Will you move the furniture and clean up each day?
