How the scores work

Rating is each company’s live Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated it, ranked against other appliance repair companies in the Atlanta area. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.7 from more than a thousand people carries more weight than a 4.8 from a couple of hundred. Recency reflects how recently customers are still leaving reviews. No business can pay to change these numbers.

What drives appliance repair costs in Atlanta (2026)

Repair bills depend on the appliance, the part and the diagnosis. Many companies charge a service fee that is applied to the repair or kept if you decline, and parts that must be ordered can mean a second visit. Compare the quote with the price of a new unit before approving a repair, and ask whether the repair carries a warranty and for how long.

Appliance repair across metro Atlanta

These companies work from Chamblee, Buckhead, Marietta Boulevard and Wieuca Road, and their sites and reviews mention Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Clayton, Henry and Fayette counties and suburbs from Alpharetta to Kennesaw. What to ask before you book a repair

  • What is the service fee, and does it go toward the repair?
  • Will you give me a flat quote before starting work?
  • If a part has to be ordered, how long will it take and is a second visit charged?
  • What warranty comes with the repair, and does it cover the part and labor?
  • Do you service my brand, and do you carry common parts on the truck?
  • Is the repair worth it compared with replacing the appliance?
