We compared 14 door repair services in Atlanta on Google Maps · 3 listed · How we rank

A front door that has dulled and cracked, a sliding door lock that won't engage, or a set of interior doors that no longer fit: this is door work, not garage door work. The door repair services in Atlanta below hold more than 530 Google reviews between them, rated from 4.3 to 4.9, and they differ more in what they do than in how well they are reviewed, since some repair and replace while others mainly supply and install.

Short answer: Just Doors in Stone Mountain leads with a 4.9 rating across more than 270 Google reviews, and customers describe replacing interior and French doors as well as repairing a sliding door lock and pocket doors. SimpliDoor (4.8, more than 90 reviews) works from Fayetteville, and HLC Doors (4.3, more than 160) sells and installs entry doors from Austell.

Our take: Best suited to a planned front-door project in the south metro, not a quick fix. Ask for a delivery estimate and who does the installation.

How the scores work

Rating is each company’s live Google star average. Review volume is how many customers have rated it, ranked against other door companies in the Atlanta area. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.9 from hundreds of people carries more weight than one from a few dozen. Recency reflects how recently customers are still leaving reviews. No business can pay to change these numbers.

What drives door repair costs in Atlanta (2026)

Door jobs range from adjusting a lock or hinge to replacing an entire entry set. The material (wood, fiberglass, steel), whether the door is custom or imported, how much of the frame must be repaired, painting and hardware all move the price. Repairing an existing door costs differently from replacing it, so get quotes for both and ask about lead times.

Door help across metro Atlanta

These companies work from Stone Mountain, Austell and Fayetteville. Searching for door repair near me? Each listing shows a phone number and directions, so you can start with whichever is closest.

What to ask before a door job

  • Can this door be repaired or refinished, or does it need replacing?
  • What is the lead time if the door is custom or imported?
  • Who does the installation, and are they your own crew?
  • Does the quote include the frame, hardware, paint and cleanup?
  • What warranty covers the work?
  • Can you send a photo-based quote before a visit?
