How the scorecard works

Rating is each store’s live Google star average. Review volume is how many shoppers have rated it, set against the others on this page. Confidence weighs the rating by that volume, so a 4.7 from thousands of people carries more weight than a 4.9 from a few dozen. Recency tracks how steadily new reviews are arriving.
